Our story
At De Argumentenfabriek, our core activity is turning complex data and information into clear visuals. One of our key tools is the Argument Map: a visual summary of a topic, often in poster format. It organizes themes, subthemes, arguments, and facts in a logical and structured way.
Creating these Maps forces people to clarify their thinking. The result is a clear overview that makes complex issues easier to understand—and easier to decide on. Argument Maps are also ideal for recording, sharing, and communicating knowledge.
We build our Maps through structured sessions with expert panels and targeted research. Our graphic designers then transform the content into visuals that are both sharp and attractive. Besides Argument Maps, we also create Information Maps, Scenario Maps, and other visual tools.
De Argumentenfabriek also has a training branch: the Denkacademie (Thinking Academy). Here, we teach people to think clearly using our visual tools. Participants analyze and structure real-life cases from their own work, making the training immediately practical.
